رَفَعَ سَمۡکَہَا فَسَوّٰىہَا ﴿ۙ۲۸﴾

He raised its ceiling and proportioned it.

اس کی بلندی اونچی کی پھر اسے ٹھیک ٹھاک کر دیا ۔
