وَ اَمَّا مَنۡۢ بَخِلَ وَ اسۡتَغۡنٰی ۙ﴿۸﴾

But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need

لیکن جس نے بخیلی کی اور بے پرواہی برتی ۔
