مشرکین کا کھیتوں اور مویشیوں میں غیراﷲ کے لیے اﷲ کی مثل حصے مقرر کرنا

And the polytheists assign to Allah from that which He created of crops and livestock a share and say, "This is for Allah ," by their claim, " and this is for our partners [associated with Him]." But what is for their "partners" does not reach Allah , while what is for Allah - this reaches their "partners." Evil is that which they rule.
اور اللہ تعالٰی نے جو کھیتی اور مویشی پیدا کئے ہیں ان لوگوں نے ان میں سے کچھ حصہ اللہ کا مقرر کیا اور ہزعم خود کہتے ہیں کہ یہ تو اللہ کا ہے اور یہ ہمارے معبودوں کا ہے پھر جو چیز ان کے معبودوں کی ہوتی ہے وہ تو اللہ کی طرف نہیں پہنچتی اور جو چیز اللہ کی ہوتی ہے وہ ان کے معبودوں کی طرف پہنچ جاتی ہے کیا برا فیصلہ وہ کرتے ہیں ۔
And likewise, to many of the polytheists their partners have made [to seem] pleasing the killing of their children in order to bring about their destruction and to cover them with confusion in their religion. And if Allah had willed, they would not have done so. So leave them and that which they invent.
اور اسی طرح بہت سے مشرکین کے خیال میں ان کے معبودوں نے ان کی اولاد کے قتل کرنے کو مستحسن بنا رکھا ہے تاکہ وہ ان کو برباد کریں اور تاکہ ان کے دین کو ان پر مشتبہ کردیں اور اگر اللہ کو منظور ہوتا تو یہ ایسا کام نہ کرتے تو آپ ان کو اور جو کچھ غلط باتیں بنا رہے ہیں یونہی رہنے دیجئے ۔
